Pilates & Barre comes to Penguin @ RESEED!

Jen is a passionate group fitness instructor who completed her Level 1 Pilates in 2021 and continued to complete her Level 2 Pilates and Barre training in 2022. 

Her classes are fun, dynamic, and upbeat, designed to help clients feel their best. Jen is dedicated to improving her clients’ range of motion, strength, and muscle endurance for more energy and better quality of movement in everyday living.

Jen takes special care to ensure her classes are welcoming and suitable for all fitness levels. She has also pursued further studies specialising in women’s fitness, to better support clients going through pre and post-natal stages, as well as perimenopause and menopause.

Join Jen for Gentle Pilates at 9:30am or Barre (ballet inspired conditioning) at 10:30am. Classes are 45 minutes in duration.
