Over the past 6 weeks at The RESEED Centre we have been collectively implementing the Sociocratic Circle-organization Method (abbreviated SCM, often referred to generically as sociocracy).
The SCM is a system for organising work and making decisions that guide doing that work.
This model involves these four main principles:

Consent governs decision-making.
Circles are the policy decision-making units.
Circles are double-linked in a hierarchical structure
Assignments of roles and responsibilities are done by elections in the circle.
