Join us for a relaxed afternoon of preserving fruit and veg.
You will learn as we bottle fruit together, using the Fowlers method. We will discuss keeping yourself safe and practice bottling apples and pears.
What to Bring:
- Surplus produce for bottling (if you have any)
- Your favourite knife & chopping board (we also have some to share)
- Fowler’s jars, lids, clips, and sealing rings (if you have any)
Don’t worry if you don’t have any of these things.
Cost: $25 or CENTs for workshop only,
$30 or CENTs to take bottled produce home.
