You are warmly invited to join us for a facilitated first Annual Review of the implementation of Sociocracy @ RESEED !
Whether you have been a member of a Circle, a participant in any of the Centre’s activities such as Orchard Collective or Friday’s Menders & Makers, or maybe you are newly involved – everyone is welcome to help us move forward in such a way that honours everyone’s voice as we continue to co-create a hub for sustainable living and to foster a resilient, vibrant community.
Experienced facilitator Pat Fleming will help guide us through this first annual review using the Active Hope framework:

Background
2023 was an exciting year for The RESEED Centre community as we celebrated 10 years operating a hub for positive change, encouraging people to be healthy, live sustainably, and help build a resilient community.
We participated in two workshops on 26 February & 27 May which resulted in all present consenting to the following proposal:
“That the people of The RESEED Centre adopt the Sociocracy model for decision-making and operational procedures with the aim to be fully implemented for 30 Nov 2023 with 3 monthly reviews.”
