Whilst the bread bakes, we will cover two different ways to make yogurt at home: one with milk powder and one with whole milk.
The first 6 people to register for the workshop will receive a free yogurt culture to take home.
Feel free to bring your questions and experiences and any ‘tools’ you want to discuss: bread tins, yogurt makers, etc.
You’ll walk away with recipes for both sourdough and yogurt, and the confidence to make these at home.
