Join us for a relaxed afternoon of preserving fruit.
You will learn as we bottle fruit together, using the Fowlers method. We will discuss keeping yourself safe and practice bottling nashi and pears, maybe other fruit too.
Bring:
- Surplus produce for bottling (if you have any)
- Your favourite peeler, knife & chopping board (we also have some to share)
- Fowler’s jars, lids, clips, and sealing rings (if you have any)
Don’t worry if you don’t have any of these things.
Cost: $25 or CENTs / Simbi for workshop only,
$30 or CENTs / Simbi to take bottled produce home.
