The North West ecofest 24 on 6 April 2024 was a resounding success with over 2,000 people enjoying all the exhibits, stalls, workshops, and presentations .
This year The RESEED Centre had two stalls in the Dining Hall at Camp Clayton and we are very happy with day – many new people signing up to our newsletter and activities such as Orchard Collective and Menders & Makers Circle. Massive thanks to everyone involved in the bumping in and out and participating on the stall.
The Vintage Blanket Quilt raffle raised $500 and was won by the lucky “Deb K” who is thrilled!
(all proceeds from raffle and stall sale to go to fitting out M & M room and the Secret Garden project – as well us helping the operational costs of our totally volunteer run Centre)

The Style UP! Upcycled Fashion Parade and Competition was chaotically crazy fun and enjoyed by a full house/standing room only audience.
Congratulations to the winner: Danielle Hermann with her beautiful eco-dyed silk outfit and Runner Up Nancye Forster for her elegant pink blouse with insert.
Here is the power point and photos of the parade (taken by audience member’s phones – thank you all!)
